You have come to the right place to find information about bungalow villas.  This website is a unique tool regarding villas, giving you information on listings available right now (updated every 15 minutes), plus an overview of all the villa developments in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Are you thinking of selling your current villa?

"Yes, I plan to sell fairly soon."   

Please contact me to arrange for a free, no-obligation Home Evaluation.  You can send a message through this website, or simply phone me if that is easier (403-585-3416), and we will arrange a time to meet together at your property.

"Yes, I am thinking of selling but not sure when.  Please send a market update."

I will send you a multi-year summary of past sales in your development, plus update you on any future sales in your development.  This would include final sale prices of each unit and permanent access to listing photos in order to compare your unit with the other sales in your area.

"No, I have no plans to sell, but I would like to stay informed about my development."

I will still gladly email you the multi-year summary and subsequent updates.  Who knows, maybe I will serve as your Realtor in five or ten years, but either way I am happy if the information helps you along the way.  For some people, simple curiosity is enough reason to stay informed, and I am perfectly fine with that.

Are you thinking of buying a villa?

"Yes, I am hoping to buy a villa fairly soon."

Are you moving from outside Alberta?

If you are planning to move to Alberta, but still deciding on your exact destination, I can offer information on villa developments as far north as Red Deer, south to Lethbridge, west to Canmore and east to Medicine Hat.  This will give you a broad range of villa options as you decide which location is best for you.
